Abby Zeveloff, MPH, MSW, LCSW
Abby is passionate about helping couples make their relationships a refuge for the challenges of life. As a PACT Level 2 trained therapist, she works with couples on attachment and connection in order to make sustainable change. With a speciality in ADHD in couples, she helps partners to develop greater honesty, a more equal division of labor, and deeper trust. Having worked in sexual health education for over 20 years, Abby is well-versed in the intricacies of sexual intimacy. As an Institute for Relational Intimacy Level 2 trained therapist, she works with myriad sexual concerns ranging from desire differences, sex and intimacy over life stages, LGBTQI specific issues, and both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships.
Abby helps couples to develop specific, tangible, and sustainable skills sets for communicating differently, building new systems for managing household labor, and coming up with creative solutions to sexual concerns. She believes in a down-to-earth therapeutic relationship that models open dialogue. Her therapy is a blend of classical psychotherapy models, evidence-based practices, and modern understanding of neuroscience. In order to fully appreciate the complexities of our most intimate relationships, she combines both insight oriented work and humor in therapy.
